Cell Phone Numbers Are Being Released

We all know that every cell phone has a cell phone number attached, excepting the ones called Dual Sim, which have two different phone numbers. In this case, you can only have a cell phone if you have a phone number for it, otherwise the connection cannot be made.

So, cell phone numbers are being released when you conclude a contract for a subscription with a phone company, or you choose the second possibility, by purchasing a prepaid card, which has a phone number attached.

When you want to buy a new cell phone and you want to change the phone company which provided you until then phone services, then the solution is very simple: you have to go to the phone company you want now, or to one of its regional dealers and to ask them how can you conclude a contract with them. They will explain to you all you have to do and the ways you can choose your own cell phone number. Just before the contract is concluded, usually, cell phone numbers are being released, so that they can establish for your contract the cell phone number attached.

When you have arrived at the moment of choosing your personal phone number, then the operator who helped you conclude the contract will show you a list with available phone numbers, that is cell phone numbers which don’t have a holder because he finished the contract and he didn’t wanted to lengthen it, or phone numbers which have been blocked because the user didn’t paid the phone services.

When cell phone numbers are being released, you have to know that these cell phone numbers are unique, and you will not find your cell phone number to anyone else who uses the services of that phone company. Or, the cell phone number can be the same, but the phone prefix can be different, because every phone company has established its own prefix for its cell phone numbers, in order to be a difference between the other phone companies with the same activity object.

You have to know that, usually, when cell phone numbers are being released, they are under protection, so they are private, unlike the local phone numbers, which are usually public thanks to the phone books or the White Pages, where we can find all the local subscribers, of course, if they want their phone numbers to be public. If not, they can stipulate this in the local phone contract and the company will see that phone number as “private”. In the same way, when the person who earns a private phone number makes a call, on the cell phone of the called person will appear “private number” or “unknown caller”, because the network cannot see the cell phone number which is calling.
